Don’t forget…

Some history and clinical details are especially important when evaluating a clinical case. These data can be very helpful for us when trying to give you a correct feedback in a short period of time. We understand language barriers can be an issue in the field, but we invite you to specify the following history and clinical data when asking advice about a case:

1.Epidemiology: Rural or urban setting, climate (hot, cold, humid, rainy season versus dry season), patient occupation, family history,…

2.Clinical presentation: Characteristics and duration of clinical signs and symptoms; vital signs (heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, blood pressure), full physical examination, including skin and mucous, thorax, abdomen (enlarged spleen or liver). Please, also specify treatment received.
